Thames Water will be doing some night-time working at Chobham Sewage Treatment Works

When will this take place?

The work will take place overnight from Wednesday 24 April to the morning of Thursday 25 April. We do apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

What will we be doing?

To carry out the work at the main Chobham STW, we have to shut off some equipment in the Chobham Recreation Ground pumping station. Tankers will then operate from the recreation ground to the Beldham Bridge pumping station to discharge the excess flows. The tankers will be in operation from 7pm on Wednesday 24 April until the early hours of Thursday morning. During this time you may notice increased activity at the pumping station, but we will try to keep disruption to a minimum. Again, apologies for any inconvenience.
